Dosage and method of use

ChelaZone® magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate, chelate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colour: calcium carbonate), Zinc ChelaZone® (zinc bisglycinate, chelate), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone (vitamin K2).

Do not take other vitamin D supplements at the same time.
