GranuGel balances moisture in the wound, either by absorbing or delivering fluid to the wound. GranuGel is indicated for the treatment of dry necrotic wounds and coated wounds. It can be used to heal superficial and deep wounds. It creates an environment with high humidity, has a strong hydrating effect. It actively promotes autolytic cleaning and subsequently helps to remove necrotic tissue and coatings. It contains hydrocolloids that start the granulation process.
